I happen to believe that today’s protests along with ones conducted in the past are only a means to further identify dissenters among the ranks. Long ago when Steve Santelli rang his words across MSM’s CNBC that the people aught to protest like those at the Boston Tea Party I was just as gung ho as the rest of them. The housing crisis had taken its toll. The economy was in the tank. Our loved ones were upside down in their mortgages, our friends were having to declare bankruptcy and/or foreclose on their homes. People were losing their jobs, having to apply for assistance, and the future looked dim. It was easy back then to recognize that the housing bubble was created and abetted by the Government. Fannie and Freddi Mac reaked of corruption and it was inevitable that the US was going to take a large hit. Then there were the Bank Bail Outs and the Auto Industry Bailouts and it seemed that the entire lot of the Elite, who were by no means going to be poor, applied the turniquet to the American people and “we” the little guys got taxed to the hilt. So, yeah I identified briefly with the angst and clamor of the Tea Party folk. But just as quickly as I had jumped on that bandwagon I quickly jumped off (and it was just at the beginning of it’s movement). I recognized there was an insidious plot to keep the American people on a continual ferris wheel of protests and rallies and calling their congressmen and senators which in the end would amount to nothing save the TON of DATA the people were providing of their own free will to the very government that is oppressing them (us). I quickly wrote several posts pleading with Christians to not follow the calls of Glenn Beck who was basically yoking himself with any and all religions and using “Save Americana” as his catch all. No one listened back then to my pleas. Since those early days more and more Christians have fallen for the lie that there are “Chrisitan” leaders in Washington who are only there for benevolent reasons and want to save America. That is a bold face LIE. The system is not RED vs. BLUE, it’s not Republican vs. Democrat, it’s not poor people represented by their congressman vs the established Elite, it’s all one big fat conglomerate of compromise and dirty double minded people who have no conscious. There’s just as many corrupt and seedy “Conservative” “Christian” groups as there are liberal left wing nut lobbists. So, to take your place among the cardboard weilding brainwashed delusional “Patriots” is only going to hand deliver your idenity and information to the Government who seeks to oppress you.
By attending these rallies you must know that DHS, FBI, and other “Intelligence” communities attend these events (in plain clothes with their own anti-IRS posterboards) and take full stock and inventory of who you are.
You think we have troubles now over the IRS’s “investigation” into Tea Party groups and individuals? Oh no, the real trouble starts when the IRS via Obama’s administration (or maybe the next administration) decides to revoke 501 (c) status entirely to any and all religious organizations who express anti-government policy. Think about it, that’s all the Religious Right has been doing since Obama started. What better reason to elminiate that “right” that Churches and Conservative religious political parties indulge in, then to say, “Hey- You, “Chrisitan,” live by the scripture and be set apart from this, obey your authorities, follow the law of the land, Church and State are separate so you can’t enjoy your tax free exemption any longer.” Then where will all these people be? Yeah. That’s what I thought.
VIPR team created by Federal Agency TSA has conducted yet another “Security Theater” in how to get you, Joe Public, to surrender your 4th Amendment Right. Most likely Joe Public has no idea what that right is and thus is equally susceptible to having that right infringed upon. The way the current Administration conducts itself in a covertly fashion it appears its new goal is to have our 4th Amendment entirely removed from our knowledge and vocabulary. Whereas we are outraged over the threat against our 2nd Amendment right, we are also dually under attack by our own government of our 4th Amendment right. VIPR (Visible Intermodal Prevention and Response) has been around since 2004. It shows up and conducts unlawful searches of people and is just an overall threat to our Civil Liberties. It’s no miracle or coincidence that the above video was “captured” by a photo journalist who happened to be riding the train.

TSA’s VIPR teams provide a full range of law enforcement and security capability; the exact makeup of VIPR teams is determined jointly with local authorities and can include Federal Air Marshals(FAMs), Transportation Security Officers (TSOs), Behavior Detection Officers (BDOs), TSA certified explosive detection canine teams, Transportation Security Inspectors (TSIs), Transportation Security Specialists – Explosives (TSSEs), explosives operational support, security and explosive screening technology, radiological/nuclear detection, and local law enforcement officers.
TSA VIPR teams can be deployed at random locations and times in cooperation with local authorities to deter and defeat terrorist activity; or teams may be deployed to provide additional law enforcement or security presence at transportation venues during specific alert periods or in support of special events. The TSA agents, VIPR, were able to detect Nuclear Isotopes in this area and “follow” the reading throughout the train station. They are able to do this elsewhere at other stations and have the means to “watch.” For instance take this example from another article I read trying to find out more about “VIPR:”

Potential attackers carrying explosives who refuse searches are free to simply drive to the next station on the line and board there.

In light of discovering an agency that has existed since 2004 which I had not yet heard of until today it is nice to know that others have paid attention and have raised the same concerns over our civil liberties that are threatened by this government. Change of Heart? Preparing to begin his bid for the Republican presidential nomination in 2005, Mitt Romney orchestrated a demonstrably false 2004 pro-life conversion12. Romney must have expected that leading conservative media outlets, groups, authors, and talk show hosts (like Sean Hannity and Hugh Hewitt) would ignore, deny, or even defend his subsequent pro-abortion efforts. Romney’s support for dismembering unborn children proves that his “conversion” was a political deception devised to steal pro-life votes. So putting Planned Parenthood on the state board that he created which authorized even late-term tax-funded abortion on demand, a crime against humanity far beyond anything the Clintons or Barack Obama have been able to accomplish, is brushed aside by untrustworthy “pro-life” conservative leaders.
Authorizing Tax-Funded Abortion: On April 12, 2006 Romney signed3 Massachusetts’ government health care plan4 that from the start has provided taxpayer funds even for what are called “elective” abortions, killing unborn children without even the facade of the typical though invalid medical excuses common in tax-funded abortion laws. Romney’s government-run health care plan5 predated Barack Obama’s health care reform and according to the government of Massachusetts, “All Commonwealth Care health plans include… abortion.”6

If I Did It, Here’s How It Happened: Can Mitt Romney be connected to the authority that offers tax-funded abortion? Other than, that is, that he created it, determined its composition, and staffed it? Romney and his executive branch had staffing control over seven of the ten members of the board he created. But here’s Romney’s lie to pass the blame for tax-funded abortion onto his friends. If I Did It: Romney claims, “The Commonwealth Care benefit services package was developed by the Connector Authority – an independent authority separate from the Governor’s Office. … Their decisions were made separate of the Romney administration.”20 The truth is that the “Connector” was created by Romney’s authority with the Act of 2006 that he signed,21 it was placed under Romney’s executive branch administration,2223 and was run by a ten-member board with four members directly seated by Romney’s authority: the Planned Parenthood seat which he created,24 and three others appointed by Romney himself, and three appointed by Romney’s attorney general who was also part of the executive branch and Romney administration.”25
It’s Not My Fault: The health care plan Romney signed into law states, “Any action of the connector may take effect immediately and need not be published or posted.”26 Romney’s denial of responsibility for tax-funded abortion is like a governor appointing a known racist and giving him authority to lynch and then denying any responsibility.

Romney Invested in Medical-Waste Firm That Disposed of Aborted Fetuses, Government Documents Show (From MotherJones a very liberal site)
“The Stericycle deal—the abortion connection aside—is relevant because of questions regarding the timing of Romney’s departure from the private equity firm he founded. Responding to a recent Washington Poststory reporting that Bain-acquired companies outsourced jobs, the Romney campaign insisted that Romney exited Bain in February 1999, a month or more before Bain took over two of the companies named in the Post‘s article. The SEC documents undercut that defense, indicating that Romney still played a role in Bain investments until at least the end of 1999.
Here’s what happened with Stericycle. In November 1999, Bain Capital and Madison Dearborn Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm, filed with the SEC a Schedule 13D, which lists owners of publicly traded companies, noting that they had jointly purchased $75 million worth of shares in Stericycle, a fast-growing player in the medical-waste industry. (That April, Stericycle had announced plans to buy the medical-waste businesses of Browning Ferris Industries and Allied Waste Industries.) The SEC filing lists assorted Bain-related entities that were part of the deal, including Bain Capital (BCI), Bain Capital Partners VI (BCP VI), Sankaty High Yield Asset Investors (a Bermuda-based Bain affiliate), and Brookside Capital Investors (a Bain offshoot). And it notes that Romney was the “sole shareholder, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of BCI, BCP VI Inc., Brookside Inc. and Sankaty Ltd.”
The document also states that Romney “may be deemed to share voting and dispositive power with respect to” 2,116,588 shares of common stock in Stericycle “in his capacity as sole shareholder” of the Bain entities that invested in the company. That was about 11 percent of the outstanding shares of common stock. (The whole $75 million investment won Bain, Romney, and their partners 22.64 percent of the firm’s stock—the largest bloc among the firm’s owners.) The original copy of the filing was signed by Romney.
Another SEC document filed November 30, 1999, by Stericycle also names Romney as an individual who holds “voting and dispositive power” with respect to the stock owned by Bain. If Romney had fully retired from the private equity firm he founded, why would he be the only Bain executive named as the person in control of this large amount of Stericycle stock?
Stericycle was a lucrative investment for Romney and Bain. The company had entered the medical-waste business a decade earlier, when it took over a food irradiation plant in Arkansas and began zapping medical waste, rather than strawberries, with radiation. The company subsequently replaced irradiation with a technology that used low-frequency radio waves to sterilize medical waste—gowns, masks, gloves, and other medical equipment—before it was transported to an incinerator. By mid-1997, Stericycle was the second-largest medical-waste disposal business in the nation. Two years later, it was the largest. With 240,000 customers, its operations spanned the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Fortune ranked it No. 10 on its list of the 100 fastest growing companies in the nation.”

Hey, “Young Turk,” I care! I may not do a whole lot, but what I do is care. I care enough that I’m willing to be attacked by all the people on the right who are in love with Romney and Ryan simply because they are brainwashed by the rhetoric. No my friends, you have to go into this election fully aware of what you are doing and whom you are voting in. Yes, I said it, producing illegal wars, killing innocent lives both domestically via abortion, and internationally in wars that are never voted on by our Congress but funded and blessed in secret via executive orders is wrong. The “Christian right” is the categorical group I have the most frustration with because –You– (we) are supposed to be held to a higher standard and are to reflect Christ. Instead the Christian Right is screaming that Romney is a “Christian” when he worships Moroni and has another Jesus; and yet, condemning Obama for being a “closet Muslim?!” This is stupidity. The Christian Right listens to Jesuit Generals and “Christian” Authors more than their own doctrines that Christ taught. Whatever you do on election day make your decision an educated one, and accept full responsibility; and don’t blame Glenn Beck because he “didn’t tell you” that Romney and all of Mormonism is truly Replacement Theology, their church LDS, replaces Israel as the covenant people. The latest and greatest hit piece making the rounds in the “Conservative” circles, is called “2016.” Dinesh D’Souza, President of The King’s College (A Christian University), and former politico to Ronald Reagan is this years Patsy. Nothing personal against D’Souza; I’m still learning about him and who he is and how he ticks. I want to stay focused on this type of movie and what it does, it’s goal, and it’s purpose.
If you were alive four years ago, you are now a bit wiser and a bit more attuned to the schemes and plots of those in politics (I term it ‘politricks‘). You may recall the “Birther” debate. For those of you who don’t know, there was a controversy four years ago concerning whether or not Mr. Barry Soetoro, now Barack Hussein Obama, was born in the US or in Kenya. According to now, Barack Hussein Obama he was born in Hawaii, but most people don’t believe this (most Conservatives) they believe his Grandmother on his paternal father’s side who said he was born in Kenya. What does she know. Let’s operate on the premise that he was born in the US, like Mr. D’Souza does. Four years ago Joseph Farah of World Net Daily (CNP member and friend of Tim LaHaye, co-speaker with Chuck Missler and many others in Calvary Chapel) fueled the debate as to whether or not Mr. O is American born. Fast Forward to today, this year before the “Biggest Election of American History,” Mr. D’Souza (Indian born/American learned) is seeking to expose Obama and his motivation for ruling America as “Anti-Colonial.” This is the newest catch phrase amongst the conservative populous right now, and it didn’t just start a few months back at CPAC, it started in 2010 when D’Souza wrote his book, The Roots of Obama’s Rage (which is the basis of this film, 2016), which hinged off this piece in Forbes.
There are not too many definitions for “Anti-Colonial” what I did find was Anti-Imperialism: Anti-imperialism, strictly speaking, is a term that may be applied to a movement opposed to any form of colonialism or imperialism. Anti-imperialism includes opposition to wars of conquest, particularly of non-contiguous territory or people with a different language or culture; it also includes people opposing the expansion of a country beyond earlier borders. Books, Movie Deals, Speaking Engagements -I’m sure that has nothing to do with D’Souza’s motivation
The premise of Obama’s “Rage” is that it comes from his “Father’s dreams;” the book that Obama came out with just prior to his presidential run in 2008, “Dreams from my Father.” Now, let’s briefly recall this book was written by his mentor Bill Ayers; oh wait that is a myth too, Bill Ayers sarcastically admits to ghosting it but who can believe him, he’s a terrorist? “Dreams From My Father,” is hardly a memoir, and it’s been debunked: Obama’s grandfather tortured by the British? A fantasy (like most of the President’s own memoir)See article UK Daily Mail (keep in mind who owns this site, it’s hardly trustworthy news). Let’s also just use our own discernment for a second, Obama is not just African American, “Black,” he’s half Caucasian. Most of his life he’s lived the advantaged side of life, hardly a hard Knox life. D’Souza wants us to believe that Obama’s focus, or center driving force in life is derived from his biological dad’s dreams, whom he hardly knew! D’Souza wants the reader and the watcher of his latest film to forget that Obama came from privilege and was well taken care of. I don’t believe Obama has some harbored “Anti-Colonialist” dogma in his veins. He’s definitely Anti-American, he’s most certainly not a true Christian by examining fruit of a professing believer, he’s most certainly got his foreign policy going in varying directions so as to be undefinable; but what D’Souza is doing is getting you to watch what the Left hand is doing so you don’t pay attention to the Right hand.
With friends like Glenn Beck endorsing the movie I’m sure it’ll do well. Although I think the movie is being solely produced for Fear Factor propaganda to get the Tea Party and GOP to move in one symbiotic movement on November 6, 2012. I’ll go see this movie just so I can update this post and give my own complete first hand review of the movie. Already I can see that the movie is trying to disassociate Obama from his “White” roots, referring to is mother’s side of the family where he really did get his upbringing and formative ideals. Obama’s mother changed her name to a man’s name and worked for FORD (cough cough). Obama mysteriously received money to support his education at Occidental and Harvard. His Renaissance world wide cultured and privileged aspect of life can’t be ignored.
D’Souza continually repeats that Obama doesn’t act like a typical Democrat, I agree, in many aspects he acts like an ultra-right winged Conservative, like George W. Bush! Let’s not forget that Bush W signed the bailouts just prior to Obama entering in the office. Let’s not forget Obama signed to keep Bush tax cuts for the upper echelon. Let’s not forget that Obama utilizes the Executive Order option at nausea just like Bush W did. Let’s not forget that Obama kept most of Bush’s cabinet and assigned seats to people who were there during the Bush era. The whole, Dem Republican fakery needs to stop, we need to recognize that both parties are corrupt and have evil throughout. We need to wake up, and by this I do not mean go to the Tea Party ‘Party,’ I mean truly wake up and realize that this country has been long gone and it’s a matter of discerning just how far back that goes and to what depth. This type of trickery is surface stuff, there’s so much more happening that, yes I’m going to refer to the ominous “they,” they don’t want us to know about.
For the Christian please note you’re not going to go to jail and be persecuted for wanting your right to bear arms, or protesting at a pro-life rally, there will come no harm to you for saying you are for “traditional” marriage, or that you pray over your meal at some restaurant. Waving the American flag is not what you’ll get persecuted for, go ahead, have a lemonade stand and a yard sale, and give your extra fruit from your back yard trees to your friend, the trains won’t come for that! When true, real, persecution comes it will come because you will not bow, you will say, Jesus is the Only Way. All the ecumenical rallies you hold and pray alongside pagan and atheists is not how persecution will come. We are getting the types of rulers this country has asked for. Read the Old Testament sometime and see how God worked for Israel when they wanted a “king.” We don’t have to fear Obama, or four more years of him, we must however, have the Fear of the Lord who can destroy both body and soul.

Although it appears through my harsh criticism of the fakery of the Conservative/Christian Right that I may be a liberal but I am far from being a liberal. Consequently since I am fully aware of both sides of the isle’s tricks and have some understanding (although I admit I don’t know how deep the rabbit hole truly goes (save hell)) I don’t think there is a political label that suits me. I am not Left, not Right, not Libertarian, not Tea Party, not in the group of the Christian Right (dominated by False teachers), I’m on the side of truth and at times I feel I’m standing alone!

Council for National Policy was founded by Timothy LaHaye. It was funded by Jesuit Nelson Bunker Hunt and Unification Church Cult leader Rev. Sun Myung Moon. It’s members have included Phyllis Schlafly (Dame of Malta), General William Boykin (Jesuit SMOM), Pat Robertson (Mason), Rick Santorum (Jesuit SMOM), and many others who’ve compromised themselves for political gain.
The term “Conservative Christian” is a misnomer. This implies that there are or can be “Liberal Christians” and that those who are “Conservative” are the closer to God’s law and righteousness. The problem with this term is that it implies a false sense of security for the Christian. Someone who loves Christ and wants to abide in Christ in their private life but in the public arena as well can easily be sucked into this lie. It’s similar to the original lie, “Surely you shall not die.” Genesis 3:4 The Christian is lured into thinking that supporting Conservative Christian policies and civil servants is the way to honor God. It would be ideal if it wasn’t completely infiltrated and used as a cover to do the most horrendous things in the name of God. When Scripture directs us to “test the spirits” it includes those and is especially speaking to those who come in the name of Christ. Most Christians even the youngest of believers can distinguish an obvious liar or an overt display of evil when it’s evident on the outward appearance. Don’t forget dear Christian that Satan can quote Scripture and that is why even Jesus Christ our Savior rebuked him for quoting God’s word out of context. If Satan dare tempt Christ with quoting scripture why would you be spared such a deception?
Many, especially those who are called, are finding out that the Right is not quite, not quite right. Evil and sinister plots are afoot and the path crosses political party lines. The old adage that suggests we not discuss Politics or Religion at the dinner table will not apply in this post. It is exactly the time to discuss both and their consequential role of influence on one another that I write to you today. Just as Cancer does not discriminate against whom it inflicts, so is the plague that is upon the Church today.
Religion of Politics
The Conservative ‘Right’ is predominately Christian. You can attest that there are ‘Christian’ liberals, and I will appease you to say there are those who appear more conservative in the Left winged political fare then some in the Right’s party-yes, but for the most part Christians (et.al) fall into the Conservative Right category more than not. There is a renewed fervor of militant Conservatism, a revival if you will, not to the Doctrines of Christ, but to the falsified Doctrines of the ‘Founding Fathers.’ This abhorrent idolization of men passed is met with selective memory. The right wing revival is just as steeped in idolatry as the left wing hypercharismania of the 2008 elections. Politics is a Religion and that’s why our country and our brethren are in trouble. When I began to uncover the depth and breadth of the chasm of evil that has permeated the illusion of our current governmental system, I dually uncovered that the religious right is involved as well. I am not ignorant of the fact that religious organizations can be/or have been or currently are corrupted by money, power, and sin etc. I know this fact, but there were new things I began to find out. Namely the last man standing was not exactly standing on a solid rock foundation. And the pyramid of which sits atop of this foundation will crumble just as quickly as all the others who fall into (or began in) apostasy.
What the Right Leaves Out
Most well minded Christ centered people desire to live righteously. Christians intend to reflect their lives in a manner that displays Godly characteristics. Christians who follow after the Lord Jesus of the bible want to do right. There are some in the flanks who are simply ignorant. By ignorant, I mean ‘unaware’ of what is going on in the pre-game show and they don’t have time to stick around for the post-game wrap up. They show up, they vote their conscience, they pray it turns out as God would so will and they leave it at that. And God bless them for at least spending some neurons on thinking out their vote! However, what this God pleasing person neglects to do is something that the Father actually called Isaiah to do, “Come, let us reason.” God never suggests to us in His word or otherwise that we abandon our thought process and allow men, or women, to influence us when we vote. I spoke of ‘hypercharismania’ in reference to the Democratic party’s zeal in 2008, but we have since fallen under the same spell. Don’t say we haven’t there have been some misfires in our pursuits to simply put men and women with an (R) in front of their name into office only to later find out there were as cold blooded left as all get out! So what is the Right not telling us common folk? They’re not telling us that they in the upper echelons don’t necessarily need us. They are part of a greater and more deceptive plan than we can know or fully understand. I’ve begun to discern some of it, and of what I’ve uncovered it still escapes me how we’ve lasted as long as we have as a country and as people on earth without warranting God’s Holy Judgment on us! But then again, I serve an all knowing,all merciful, patient, and long-suffering Abba in Heaven who seeks that none should perish but that all should come to Him. There is a group of fundamental Christian Conservatives who have sold their soul to the devil, who say they are doing things in our best interest. For all intensive purposes these particular “Fundamentalist Christians” are not serving the same Jesus Christ we do in the Bible. Instead they serve a greedy and unadulterated pagan deity known as Lucifer himself. It would be in your best interest to search out the true purposes of those who call themselves our family.
A Warning
The word of God repeatedly petitions us to be aware, to be alert, to be sober; and there will be those who from ‘among’ you will seek to destroy you. If you know these warnings read them and re-read them. The time we have here is but a vapor; what we see with our natural eyes can play tricks on us, but there is ONE who knows all, and He has already told us what to expect. It is our duty to mature, to grow in the weightier things, and to seek out the Truth. He who is in you is greater than he of this world. Do your own research. Do not get accustomed to spoon feeding from major media personae or mega-pastors. Due diligence is of the essence. And remember, fix your eyes on Christ!
I happen to believe that today’s protests along with ones conducted in the past are only a means to further identify dissenters among the ranks. Long ago when Steve Santelli rang his words across MSM’s CNBC that the people aught to protest like those at the Boston Tea Party I was just as gung ho as the rest of them. The housing crisis had taken its toll. The economy was in the tank. Our loved ones were upside down in their mortgages, our friends were having to declare bankruptcy and/or foreclose on their homes. People were losing their jobs, having to apply for assistance, and the future looked dim. It was easy back then to recognize that the housing bubble was created and abetted by the Government. Fannie and Freddi Mac reaked of corruption and it was inevitable that the US was going to take a large hit. Then there were the Bank Bail Outs and the Auto Industry Bailouts and it seemed that the entire lot of the Elite, who were by no means going to be poor, applied the turniquet to the American people and “we” the little guys got taxed to the hilt. So, yeah I identified briefly with the angst and clamor of the Tea Party folk. But just as quickly as I had jumped on that bandwagon I quickly jumped off (and it was just at the beginning of it’s movement). I recognized there was an insidious plot to keep the American people on a continual ferris wheel of protests and rallies and calling their congressmen and senators which in the end would amount to nothing save the TON of DATA the people were providing of their own free will to the very government that is oppressing them (us). I quickly wrote several posts pleading with Christians to not follow the calls of Glenn Beck who was basically yoking himself with any and all religions and using “Save Americana” as his catch all. No one listened back then to my pleas. Since those early days more and more Christians have fallen for the lie that there are “Chrisitan” leaders in Washington who are only there for benevolent reasons and want to save America. That is a bold face LIE. The system is not RED vs. BLUE, it’s not Republican vs. Democrat, it’s not poor people represented by their congressman vs the established Elite, it’s all one big fat conglomerate of compromise and dirty double minded people who have no conscious. There’s just as many corrupt and seedy “Conservative” “Christian” groups as there are liberal left wing nut lobbists. So, to take your place among the cardboard weilding brainwashed delusional “Patriots” is only going to hand deliver your idenity and information to the Government who seeks to oppress you.

Romney Invested in Medical-Waste Firm That Disposed of Aborted Fetuses, Government Documents Show (From MotherJones a very liberal site)
“The Stericycle deal—the abortion connection aside—is relevant because of questions regarding the timing of Romney’s departure from the private equity firm he founded. Responding to a recent Washington Post story reporting that Bain-acquired companies outsourced jobs, the Romney campaign insisted that Romney exited Bain in February 1999, a month or more before Bain took over two of the companies named in the Post‘s article. The SEC documents undercut that defense, indicating that Romney still played a role in Bain investments until at least the end of 1999.
Here’s what happened with Stericycle. In November 1999, Bain Capital and Madison Dearborn Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm, filed with the SEC a Schedule 13D, which lists owners of publicly traded companies, noting that they had jointly purchased $75 million worth of shares in Stericycle, a fast-growing player in the medical-waste industry. (That April, Stericycle had announced plans to buy the medical-waste businesses of Browning Ferris Industries and Allied Waste Industries.) The SEC filing lists assorted Bain-related entities that were part of the deal, including Bain Capital (BCI), Bain Capital Partners VI (BCP VI), Sankaty High Yield Asset Investors (a Bermuda-based Bain affiliate), and Brookside Capital Investors (a Bain offshoot). And it notes that Romney was the “sole shareholder, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of BCI, BCP VI Inc., Brookside Inc. and Sankaty Ltd.”
The document also states that Romney “may be deemed to share voting and dispositive power with respect to” 2,116,588 shares of common stock in Stericycle “in his capacity as sole shareholder” of the Bain entities that invested in the company. That was about 11 percent of the outstanding shares of common stock. (The whole $75 million investment won Bain, Romney, and their partners 22.64 percent of the firm’s stock—the largest bloc among the firm’s owners.) The original copy of the filing was signed by Romney.
Another SEC document filed November 30, 1999, by Stericycle also names Romney as an individual who holds “voting and dispositive power” with respect to the stock owned by Bain. If Romney had fully retired from the private equity firm he founded, why would he be the only Bain executive named as the person in control of this large amount of Stericycle stock?
Stericycle was a lucrative investment for Romney and Bain. The company had entered the medical-waste business a decade earlier, when it took over a food irradiation plant in Arkansas and began zapping medical waste, rather than strawberries, with radiation. The company subsequently replaced irradiation with a technology that used low-frequency radio waves to sterilize medical waste—gowns, masks, gloves, and other medical equipment—before it was transported to an incinerator. By mid-1997, Stericycle was the second-largest medical-waste disposal business in the nation. Two years later, it was the largest. With 240,000 customers, its operations spanned the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Fortune ranked it No. 10 on its list of the 100 fastest growing companies in the nation.”

I care enough that I’m willing to be attacked by all the people on the right who are in love with Romney and Ryan simply because they are brainwashed by the rhetoric. I’m not in the “Tea Party” movement, and I don’t know a lick about what Libertarian’s believe so don’t call me that either. No my friends, you have to go into this election fully aware of what you are doing and whom you are voting in. Yes, I said it, producing illegal wars, killing innocent lives both domestically via abortion, and internationally in wars that are never voted on by our Congress but funded and blessed in secret via executive orders is wrong. The “Christian right” is the categorical group I have the most frustration with because –You– (we) are supposed to be held to a higher standard and are to reflect Christ. Instead the Christian Right is screaming that Romney is a “Christian” when he worships Moroni and has another Jesus; and yet, condemning Obama for being a “closet Muslim?!” This is stupidity. The Christian Right listens to Jesuit Generals and “Christian” Authors more than their own doctrines that Christ taught. Whatever you do on election day make your decision an educated one, and accept full responsibility; and don’t blame Glenn Beck because he “didn’t tell you” that Romney and all of Mormonism is truly Replacement Theology, their church LDS, replaces Israel as the covenant people.
