I happen to believe that today’s protests along with ones conducted in the past are only a means to further identify dissenters among the ranks. Long ago when Steve Santelli rang his words across MSM’s CNBC that the people aught to protest like those at the Boston Tea Party I was just as gung ho as the rest of them. The housing crisis had taken its toll. The economy was in the tank. Our loved ones were upside down in their mortgages, our friends were having to declare bankruptcy and/or foreclose on their homes. People were losing their jobs, having to apply for assistance, and the future looked dim. It was easy back then to recognize that the housing bubble was created and abetted by the Government. Fannie and Freddi Mac reaked of corruption and it was inevitable that the US was going to take a large hit. Then there were the Bank Bail Outs and the Auto Industry Bailouts and it seemed that the entire lot of the Elite, who were by no means going to be poor, applied the turniquet to the American people and “we” the little guys got taxed to the hilt. So, yeah I identified briefly with the angst and clamor of the Tea Party folk. But just as quickly as I had jumped on that bandwagon I quickly jumped off (and it was just at the beginning of it’s movement). I recognized there was an insidious plot to keep the American people on a continual ferris wheel of protests and rallies and calling their congressmen and senators which in the end would amount to nothing save the TON of DATA the people were providing of their own free will to the very government that is oppressing them (us). I quickly wrote several posts pleading with Christians to not follow the calls of Glenn Beck who was basically yoking himself with any and all religions and using “Save Americana” as his catch all. No one listened back then to my pleas. Since those early days more and more Christians have fallen for the lie that there are “Chrisitan” leaders in Washington who are only there for benevolent reasons and want to save America. That is a bold face LIE. The system is not RED vs. BLUE, it’s not Republican vs. Democrat, it’s not poor people represented by their congressman vs the established Elite, it’s all one big fat conglomerate of compromise and dirty double minded people who have no conscious. There’s just as many corrupt and seedy “Conservative” “Christian” groups as there are liberal left wing nut lobbists. So, to take your place among the cardboard weilding brainwashed delusional “Patriots” is only going to hand deliver your idenity and information to the Government who seeks to oppress you.
By attending these rallies you must know that DHS, FBI, and other “Intelligence” communities attend these events (in plain clothes with their own anti-IRS posterboards) and take full stock and inventory of who you are.
You think we have troubles now over the IRS’s “investigation” into Tea Party groups and individuals? Oh no, the real trouble starts when the IRS via Obama’s administration (or maybe the next administration) decides to revoke 501 (c) status entirely to any and all religious organizations who express anti-government policy. Think about it, that’s all the Religious Right has been doing since Obama started. What better reason to elminiate that “right” that Churches and Conservative religious political parties indulge in, then to say, “Hey- You, “Chrisitan,” live by the scripture and be set apart from this, obey your authorities, follow the law of the land, Church and State are separate so you can’t enjoy your tax free exemption any longer.” Then where will all these people be? Yeah. That’s what I thought.
The headlines of this week alone are a conglomerate of manufactured crises and it needs to be said that the masses love to have it so.
Anyone would be upset realizing that what happened in Benghazi, Libya was no mistake. The events that happened there were not without warning or calls for help. However, we ask all the wrong questions when it comes to Benghazi. We’ve been asking “Why didn’t Clinton authorize greater security,” and “Where was Obama in all this,” and “Who ordered the stand down command?” All wrong questions.
You’d be wise to remember that after the Assassination of Ambassador Stevens and the Manufactured Crisis that a YouTube video set off the attack there were weeks of riots across the Islamic states over the false YouTube video report. I remember doing a post on the riots and demanding the release of the “YouTube” video because I knew there was no such video and I was curious as to why/how all these Islamic states were rioting over something that never existed.
The questions we should be asking are, “Why was Ambassador Stevens there in the first place,” and “Why was he traveling with the CIA (agent “Shawn Smith”),” and, “What set off the mob if it wasn’t the YouTube video we were told insulted Islam?” What was their purpose in Libya? Weren’t they under direct orders from the State Department and/or the White House itself? I would ask, not just “who gave the stand down orders,” but also,“Who gave the assassination orders to kill Stevens and his crew, and what did they know that they had to be killed and a whole fake story had to be constructed?”
Ever wonder how the Media was able to sustain the lie over Benghazi for so long? Remember the riots in other Islamic Countries over the “YouTube Video?” All the MSM were reporting on this AP, Reuters, CNN, FOX news, as well as your favorite alternative news agencies and “independent” journalists. There were videos and still photographs, real rallies that took place in support of those fellow Muslims who were insulted by a fake YouTube video that never existed. Remember here in the US there was a witch hunt for the director of the fake movie? He was even fake arrested and his fellow extras who appeared in the iPhone made move were interviewed! Let’s not forget all this surrounded the coverage of this story and all the MSM were there, now all of a sudden a few MSM have jumped on the “We demand to know the truth about Benghazi” bandwagon. I suggest you think long and hard about where these “independent” thinkers were in the hours and days right after the Assassination. They were following orders reporting the same as everyone else, and today the few who’ve branched off to “demand the Truth on Benghazi” are still following orders. (It’s called controlled opposition)
The other major fake story breaking this week has been the IRS plunging into the depths of the private citizens of America and their political affiliations. Truly, this is breaking news, that for over a few years the Government has been monitoring “fringe” political groups and “Christians?” I’m sorry but I’m not impressed or highly threatened by this headline. Those who know have been bemoaning for just as long if not longer that the Government has swelled in omnipotence and omnipresence. And clearly those who know that this has been going on for years also know that it wasn’t the love child of Obama but it began long before El Manchurian became potus. So let us dissect the IRS story just a little. It was “leaked” by whom, the White House, for what reason, to distract the people who are the main group demanding truth about Benghazi (The Assassination of an Ambassador and his spies)? Both crises were manufactured as distractions from what the Shadow Government has been doing all along. That’s the one question not being asked, “What is the government really doing when we’re all distracted with the fake stores dished out to us on a continual basis?”
Opiate of the Masses
The masses love to have a new cause to rise to. There’s a whole market out there for locos who have enough money and are willing to cry on tv and radio and sing the national anthem off key while selling you their clothing brand and vacations where you can join them in learning about Americana History. There’s people telling you to call your congressman and Senators to demand answers on “Benghazigate” and for someone’s job to be lost over the IRS “scandal.” There are people who keep you on the hamster wheel of doom and gloom, sudden death and destruction, sucked to the constant streams of twitter feeds, twitchy, and Facebook posts of the “next shoe to drop,” or the next “big breaking scandal” that will reveal what a Cretan Obama is. You must admit it, all the while, you simply love it and gobble it down like it’s manna from heaven rather than raise an eyebrow as to why they would have you on the constant opiate of falsity. There’s a certain media personality who has close to One Billion hits a month. He supposedly “reports” the news headlines, but often times you’ll notice he also creates them. With that many readers/visitors to his site he’s often the one Breaking the News to the cable MSM news outlets. His site consists of RSS feeds from all major information ‘disseminators.’ He doesn’t simply tell you what’s going on, he’s also very capable of swaying public opinion. I don’t believe that he’s fueled by a desire to provide information for the masses for their benefit, but I would take a huge guess and submit that his motives are not altruistic but are part of the problem. And with 1 Billion hits a month why wouldn’t he prove to be working for the machine?
“The Justice Department secretly obtained two months of telephone records of reporters and editors for The Associated Press in what the news cooperative’s top executive called a “massive and unprecedented intrusion” into how news organizations gather the news.
The records obtained by the Justice Department listed outgoing calls for the work and personal phone numbers of individual reporters, for general AP office numbers in New York, Washington and Hartford, Conn., and for the main number for the AP in the House of Representatives press gallery, according to attorneys for the AP. It was not clear if the records also included incoming calls or the duration of the calls.
In all, the government seized the records for more than 20 separate telephone lines assigned to AP and its journalists in April and May of 2012. The exact number of journalists who used the phone lines during that period is unknown, but more than 100 journalists work in the offices where phone records were targeted, on a wide array of stories about government and other matters.
In a letter of protest sent to Attorney General Eric Holder on Monday, AP President and Chief Executive Officer Gary Pruitt said the government sought and obtained information far beyond anything that could be justified by any specific investigation. He demanded the return of the phone records and destruction of all copies.
“There can be no possible justification for such an overbroad collection of the telephone communications of The Associated Press and its reporters. These records potentially reveal communications with confidential sources across all of the newsgathering activities undertaken by the AP during a two-month period, provide a road map to AP’s newsgathering operations and disclose information about AP’s activities and operations that the government has no conceivable right to know,” Pruitt said.

This weekend, in an effort to distract from the growing Benghazi debacle, a story leaked that the IRS had targeted “tea party members. ” Today, news that the Justice Department taped AP reporters phones is adding more fuel to the fire. It’s a good thing for Obama that Americans are overwhelmingly apathetic to being spied on, and totally adjusted to not having civil liberties to consider fighting over these new findings. If it weren’t for years of pre-conditioning us to accept invasions into what was once termed “privacy” Obama might have had to worry about riots. Lo, even the few hot blooded Americans left won’t fight back (there’s no ammo available for a civil war in America), back to Bad Piggies. Next up, we’ll find out those FEMA camps were made for Christians!

The New York City Police Department announced Wednesday that it will deploy, then track, what it calls “harmless” gases into the city’s subway system over three non-consecutive days this summer.
The plan, to be enacted in July, will investigate New York’s readiness to handle a chemical terrorist attack by dispersing the colorless gas and tracing it as it flows through the city, according to Scientific American. The test is expected to cost $3.4 million and is scheduled to be carried out in all five boroughs and dozens of stations on 21 of the city’s 34 subway lines.
“The NYPD works for the best but plans for the worst when it comes to potentially catastrophic attacks such as ones employing radiological contaminants or weaponized anthrax,” police commissioner Ray Kelly said in a statement.
The police will use roughly 200 detectors to monitor the gas. Dubbed the Subway-Surface Air Flow Exchange, the test will be the largest of its kind and organized in cooperation with the energy department’s Brookhaven National Laboratory. They’ll use perfluorocarbon tracer gases (PFTs), which are frequently used to measure potential sites for underground construction
Awaiting Barack Obama statement/press conference. Suspect is currently in the hospital receiving treatment for injuries. Initial reports that he “was not in good condition” from a pundit on CNN. Neighbors in town of Watertown are out on the streets cheering, talking to one another, and relieved that the “threat has been neutralized.”
As I’ve stated before, I encourage you to think critically about what you see and hear and consider all the information. There is still a lot of information missing in this case, whether or not it will ever be addressed remains to be seen. If these two suspects were the bombers and were acting alone we can all release a collective sigh of relief. If however, as I suspect, there are others who helped these two suspects with tacticle training, arms training, logistics training, bomb making skills, etc., then we are not yet out of the woods. *Fluid Update*
I’m just checking back in to my blog after being on Twitter and simultaneously watching breaking news on Fox News. I wanted to come back here to caution you that not everything you see and hear, even though broadcasted live, is to be believed. The story is still developing and often times it takes some time to draw distinct lines and parallels. I remain unconvinced that the Boston Marathon Bombing was international Islamic terror. The suspects have been living in the US for near ten years, they are both young, too young to have taken up a political and religious stance for a country they hardly know (Chechnya). By all intensive purposes they grew up here. Perhaps the one that came more recently has some anger who knows, but even still, coming from Chechnya they would be more inclined to side with America than Russia. If these two kids were mentored by another more mature person who has a grudge or a political motive it would make more sense. I do not back track any of my thoughts from a few posts ago that this action was clearly Domestic Terrorism and for Political gains. Keep in mind CISPA passed yesterday, Boston police/FBI is exercising military controls over those in Watertown limiting cell phone use, and keeping them locked indoors. There was a no fly zone over this area, transit halted as well. I will keep aware of this story and gather information and convey that to you as I am able.
I just watched the Uncle Ruslan Tsarni yelling at his nephew and saying they are not from Chechnya. This is down right comical if it was down right frustrating. The uncle is clean shaving now and much more fluent in speaking than when he was first approached earlier this morning. My head is shaking. Another FYI, the Government is data mining all tweets and social media right now. So, I’m limiting my tweets and comments on twitter for that reason. They are looking for those who are not going with the flow of the mass distributed script.

The Boston Bombers father was also contacted and gave this statement:
“The father of the suspects, reached in Makhachkala, Russia, by The Associated Press, has also called on his son to surrender peacefully, but reportedly warned the United States that “all hell will break loose” if he’ll killed.
“My son is a true angel,” Anzor Tsarnaev told The Associated Press. “Dzhokhar is a second-year medical student in the U.S. He is such an intelligent boy. We expected him to come on holidays here.”
Anzor Tsarnaev, who characterized his younger son as an intelligent and accomplished young man, told ABC News that he spoke to his sons by phone earlier this week. He said his sons reassured him, saying, “Everything is good, Daddy. Everything is very good.”
“Give up. Give up. You have a bright future ahead of you,” Anzor Tsarneav said, according to ABC News. “Come home to Russia.”

The two men who were considered suspects, whose photo was released by CNN and New York Post, were refuted this morning by Drudge Report: “I didn’t Do it” read the headline, the link was to the story below.
This poor kid was being accused of Domestic Terrorism (that’s what I’m calling it even though no official word from Obama’s White House or FBI has even called it that) and turned himself in to authorities to prove he was not a bomber he is a runner who was there to watch the race! Apparently the huge lobby from the Neo-cons to predetermine every heinous act of violence done on American soil must be done by Al Qaeda has been successful. The brainwashed religious right was right there to jump to the conclusion that the Boston Bombings were committed by Islamic Terrorists. This sickens me, especially in light of all the readily available information and the fact that other activities within the US point to a Domestic Terror act, but I’m getting ahead of myself here, and I already wrote my theory here.
After the MSM spent the better half of the morning back tracking on these two men they no sooner turned their glazed eyes over to Barack Obama in Boston for the “LIvE” feed of him at an Interfaith service for the Boston Marathon Victims.
I had the misfortune of watching it live and had to hear the Potus quote scripture. The man is in direct opposition to God’s word so it does bother me just a smidge when he quotes from it. As one fellow tweeter put it, “When Obama quotes the bible it’s sacrilege.” He sounded like he was campaigning, or in the least stumping and that’s just low even for Obama it’s low. We runners run for reasons not political and we don’t need Potus giving pep talks and giving us new running slogans. Moving on…
Next up, while everyone was distracted with Obama’s “Spirit” rally there was a vote in the House on a gun measure, Barrasso #717 (privacy) amendment to S.649 (AKA Reid’s Gun Control bill), it is related to the Gun Bill that was voted on yesterday. Much of the gnarly parts of the bill were shot down yesterday, seven out of nine amendments were voted on yesterday, two remained today to be voted on. #717 had to do with keeping gun owners privacy and it was voted in favor, so it was good it passed. I haven’t checked back on the last piece that needed a vote.
“WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, U.S. Senator John Barrasso (R-Wyo.), successfully included an amendment to (S. 649) that protects law abiding gun owners across the nation from having their private gun ownership information released to the public. The amendment passed the Senate by a vote of 67 to 30.
Barrasso’s amendment # 717 specifically withholds 5-percent of Community Oriented Policing Services program funding if a state or local government publicly releases information on individuals that have licenses to purchase, possess, or carry firearms. The withheld money will be redistributed to compliant states. The amendment also has a criminal investigation and court proceedings exception.” yeah finally some good news. Source Here.
Wait more bad news! #CISPA passed today also. This CISPA, or H.R. 624, was presented by a Republican and a Democrat. It passed; however, it is not a favored piece of legislation by the LEFT. Weird I know. This same piece of legislation has had a make-over and it is a sort of triple cross. The original CISPA was opposed by Ron Paul at one time. Where is that guy by the way? Today’s CISPA was rewritten by a bi-partisan group and was passed even though Barack Obama threatened to Veto it if it passed. But why would he VETO it if he already passed an Executive Order Cyber security Lawthat never went to the house? Wouldn’t that mean he looks opposed to something he’s not truly opposed to, and doesn’t that make the Republicans look equally hypocritical since they acted opposed to Obama’s version of CISPA but rewrote one of their own? It appears as if both parties are in favor of prying into our private internet activities. But wait, China’s spying on us and stealing our pattens and trade secrets, that is why it is crucial to US Government security that they have the ability to read and store your emails and tweets. Because you may not know it, but you my friend are a spy!
If you don’t believe you’re a spy, maybe invoking the Boston Bombing would cause you to vote for CISPA (the 4th amendment shredder)? Congressman Mike McCaul did so this morning:

The Real Bombers? FBI Released the images of two suspects (not the above “middle eastern looking” men) who are for sure this time, the real bombers of the Boston Marathon.
Pardon my suspicion and pessimism in not believing what the FBI says. I would ask my readers to simply reflect on Benghazi. Remember that the whole DOD, White House Administration, Secretary of State, the State Department, claimed the cause of the attack on US Ambassador in Benghazi Libya had to do with a Youtube video. Ok, I rest my case.

The Associated Press released this tweet yesterday, Wednesday April 17, 2013 that a suspect was taken into custody and was on their way to the Federal Court in Boston!
A lot of mis/dis-information is spewing out. The FBI claims it has video of one of the two most recent suspects leaving one of the bombs (pressure cookers) at one of the respective explosion sites.
I say, “Release the video.” Right now the FBI released this video of the two men walking with their backpacks in the crowd. Still photos of the same men show that there are many others in the crowd with Black backpacks. But we are to believe these two men are the bombers. Although I don’t want to post their photo here I will link to it so you can see for yourself if you live under a rock and haven’t seen the photo yet. Here’s the FBI’s video:
If you really want your head to spin this website (4chan) has a ton of pictures of people who have black backpacks and look out of place. I see the one I posted yesterday is on this site too, hence, the photo I posted is probably mis/dis-isnfo provided to me via google. They can flood the internet with tons of bunny trails you know. Oh, I said, “they.” My bad! Now I sound like a conspiracy theorist.
Last story of the day, for N4TM to report on, is the Explosion in “West” Texas. This explosion at a Fertilizer Plant resulted in a measured 2.1 magnitude on the Richter scale, and has seen little light of day on MSM.
“A massive explosion has rocked a fertilizer plant near Waco, Texas. Dozens have been confirmed killed, while authorities are reportedly warning residents that they should evacuate town as soon as possible.
The explosion occurred around 7:50pm local time in the town of West, north of Waco. A fireball of nearly 100 feet high has been reported along with a massive power outage.
“Law enforcement is advising residents to leave town immediately,” West’s school district tweeted, potentially due to fears of another explosion.
Seventy people had been confirmed killed by the blast by late evening Thursday, as reported by KHOU, the local CBS News affiliate, with “hundreds injured.“ Local news KXXV reports that among the dead are five firefighters and one police officer. State officials have yet to confirm these numbers.
Sixty-one others have been confirmed as admitted to Hillcrest Hospital in Waco, just one of the multiple emergency facilities in the area.” Source RT

It wouldn’t be suspicious to be carrying a backpack or duffel bag at a Running event. Many families and friends hold their runner’s gear for them and wait at the finish line.

Today’s events took place at 2:57 EST near the finish line of the Boston Marathon. A bomb went off followed immediately by a second explosion. This area was near the finish line around the 4 hour mark of the run where the majority of runners come in to the finish line. I began following the story on Twitter and was tweeting as quickly as things were becoming available. Initial reports were that a third explosion at JFK Library was related to the bombings at the Boston Marathon and those reports have later been downsized to state that it was a fire now being claims as “unrelated” to the bombings. Air traffic was grounded in and around the Boston area of the marathon and supposedly cell phone service was being blocked to prohibit any further remote detonations by cell phone. Many other states and counties were taken to a heightened state of alert over the attacks, like, Washington DC, San Francisco area, Los Angeles County, and New York, to name a few. My twitter account is set to private so you would have to request a follow from me directly to see my tweets but certainly you can find out breaking news on twitter by various “Legitimate” news sources. One News agency that seemed to get information faster than Fox News and CNN was- The Boston Globe of the UK and Breaking News on Twitter. I happen to think I follow excellent news sources. For live breaking news Cable News seems too slow nowadays.
Let me say as a Runner this tragedy is heartbreaking. To think someone would target innocent runners who are just out trying to fulfill a dream of “Running Boston” is beside me. I don’t understand who would do this or why target innocent civilians. This was not a political event or arena. This running event is attended by people of all walks of life, all nationalities, all creeds, and gives people something to strive for in doing their best when it comes to their physicality. It’s a shame this had to happen. So many people who simply love the sport of running are having that taken from them. My heart goes out to those suffering, those family members who are perplexed and in pain right now. My prayers are with those who were there today.
Reports are that 2 have died, although I did see one report by New York Post that stated 12 had died, and over 100 are injured. By “injured” this means many have lost limbs, and it’s gruesome. There are videos on YouTube already and countless loops being played on cable news shows showing the horrific event.
Authorities in Boston have initiated “Social Distancing” by telling the public to not go outdoors, to not congregate in groups, and to stay in their homes. Other sports events and public events are being cancelled in response to this.
At the time of this post there is one person of interest and this person is being carefully guarded, although he is denying any involvement. Because this is a fluid event with ongoing updates I may come and edit or update this post to avoid having multiple posts on the same topic. Today evil arose again to strike at the core of our humanity. Terrorism is going to continue unfortunately, and our current administration is attempting to take our civil liberties away from us including our ability to protect ourselves from danger; so, what are we left to do when all matter of human power and will fail us? We submit to our Lord God who made us. We beseech Him in all His might and awesome authority that are we are at His mercy. May God help those who were there today in Boston and may He help all of us to remember Him.
N4TM has learned that this year’s Marathon at Boston <<was>> purposefully made a Political Event! I did not know this until moments ago that the entire event was cloaked in “Newtown” in memoriam. This new information is highly disturbing and offensive to me. Whereas I thought this was simply a random act now appears to be more covert and truly sinister. Here’s the information on the Newtown overtones for Boston Marathon 2013:
“Not only was a team from the town running to raise money for a scholarship fund, the 26th mile was dedicated to the first-graders and school workers gunned down by Adam Lanza on Dec. 14.
Marathon organizers created a custom marker for the 26th mile with the Sandy Hook Elementary school colors and 26 stars circling the town emblem. A 26-second moment of silence was held at the start of the race.” Source: NBC
I hate to draw attention to the fact that this sounds incredibly suspicious and desperately wicked, or to have to be the one to suggest that this could be a “False Flag.” A “False Flag” for those who are unfamiliar with the term is something that is done maliciously by groups and/or organizations (Government and Private) that seeks to destroy/kill/maim for the sole purpose of instigating the ‘change’ they seek to be done. Some believe that events like 9-11 and Oklahoma City Bombing (anniversary 4.19.1995) were “false flag” events that sought to take away our civil liberties. I don’t ring those same bells, although I don’t doubt that there are people capable of doing such a thing. I just didn’t want to have to be the one to report that in this case especially while the blood on the streets in Boston remain wet. I just can’t believe that some idiot would make this whole Marathon about “Newtown.” Apparently those in the Newtown groups that were running are “Ok.” Yes they unharmed but many are not and isn’t that the point of this attack? Is the point of the attack to say, “You could be Newtown, this could be you.” That is just sheer sick. So some sick and twisted anti-gun person decides to set up bombs on the 26th mile, right where it’s dedicated to Newtown, and we’re meant to think this is a random act? Or worse, an attack by a “Right-winged” nut job? No, a right winged nut job wouldn’t do this, but someone trying to exploit Newtown and squeeze the American people like a turnip to surrender their constitutional rights would do something like this. I’m not going to name names but one comes to mind immediately. I pray I’m wrong. I truly do.

Tulmacki was at the Boston Marathon’s finish line when the explosions happened and uploaded his pictures and video directly to the Boston Globe. On the day of the bombing I was viewing Fox News which is an affliate of Boston Globe UK who was supplying the images and video of the explosions. Remember, Fox News/Boston Globe are owned by parent company NewsCorp, a Ruppert Murdoch enterprise. Some of you may know that Ruppert Murdoch is a Jesuit and that another co-owner of his company NewsCorp is a Saudi Prince. Also, don’t forget, Mr. Glenn Beck worked for Fox News and has visited the Vatican and has also hosted Jesuit Rt.General William Gerry Boykin several times on his new show GBTV.
VIPR team created by Federal Agency TSA has conducted yet another “Security Theater” in how to get you, Joe Public, to surrender your 4th Amendment Right. Most likely Joe Public has no idea what that right is and thus is equally susceptible to having that right infringed upon. The way the current Administration conducts itself in a covertly fashion it appears its new goal is to have our 4th Amendment entirely removed from our knowledge and vocabulary. Whereas we are outraged over the threat against our 2nd Amendment right, we are also dually under attack by our own government of our 4th Amendment right. VIPR (Visible Intermodal Prevention and Response) has been around since 2004. It shows up and conducts unlawful searches of people and is just an overall threat to our Civil Liberties. It’s no miracle or coincidence that the above video was “captured” by a photo journalist who happened to be riding the train.

DHS describes VIPR as follows:
“Following the Madrid train bombing in 2005, TSA developed the VIPR program to allow TSA security and law enforcement assets to augment federal, state, and local law enforcement and security agencies in the transportation domain.
TSA’s VIPR teams provide a full range of law enforcement and security capability; the exact makeup of VIPR teams is determined jointly with local authorities and can include Federal Air Marshals(FAMs), Transportation Security Officers (TSOs), Behavior Detection Officers (BDOs), TSA certified explosive detection canine teams, Transportation Security Inspectors (TSIs), Transportation Security Specialists – Explosives (TSSEs), explosives operational support, security and explosive screening technology, radiological/nuclear detection, and local law enforcement officers.
TSA VIPR teams can be deployed at random locations and times in cooperation with local authorities to deter and defeat terrorist activity; or teams may be deployed to provide additional law enforcement or security presence at transportation venues during specific alert periods or in support of special events. The TSA agents, VIPR, were able to detect Nuclear Isotopes in this area and “follow” the reading throughout the train station. They are able to do this elsewhere at other stations and have the means to “watch.” For instance take this example from another article I read trying to find out more about “VIPR:”

New Jersey Transit Police Chief Christopher Trucillo, who works regularly with VIPR teams, acknowledged that the search system isn’t perfect.
Potential attackers carrying explosives who refuse searches are free to simply drive to the next station on the line and board there.
“Because of the sheer number of passengers, there’s nothing that would prevent you from doing that,” Trucillo said. This should be a huge concern of Americans that they are being watched by the government at all times. They are not just looking for terrorists, they are watching “Us!” Case in point, take a read of this from Huffington Post:

In light of discovering an agency that has existed since 2004 which I had not yet heard of until today it is nice to know that others have paid attention and have raised the same concerns over our civil liberties that are threatened by this government. I know that all eyes are on Sarah Palin drinking a Big Gulp at CPAC, and with Rand Paul for standing against the use of Drones in America, and with the newly “elected” Jesuit Pope; but while Americans in the US struggle to find ammo for their 9mm and wait patiently to obtain clearance to buy up what guns remain on the shelves at our local gun shops, we are also being eroded of our 4th Amendment Right. It appears that Barack Obama’s team is and has been at war with and against its own citizens for a long time. Google Glasses are a threat to our privacy sure and so is VIPR (aka TSA, ergo Obama’s White House Administration). America is disappearing into a police state parallel to Stalin’s Russia. We fail to understand the past and we are conversely repeating it.
I happen to believe that today’s protests along with ones conducted in the past are only a means to further identify dissenters among the ranks. Long ago when Steve Santelli rang his words across MSM’s CNBC that the people aught to protest like those at the Boston Tea Party I was just as gung ho as the rest of them. The housing crisis had taken its toll. The economy was in the tank. Our loved ones were upside down in their mortgages, our friends were having to declare bankruptcy and/or foreclose on their homes. People were losing their jobs, having to apply for assistance, and the future looked dim. It was easy back then to recognize that the housing bubble was created and abetted by the Government. Fannie and Freddi Mac reaked of corruption and it was inevitable that the US was going to take a large hit. Then there were the Bank Bail Outs and the Auto Industry Bailouts and it seemed that the entire lot of the Elite, who were by no means going to be poor, applied the turniquet to the American people and “we” the little guys got taxed to the hilt. So, yeah I identified briefly with the angst and clamor of the Tea Party folk. But just as quickly as I had jumped on that bandwagon I quickly jumped off (and it was just at the beginning of it’s movement). I recognized there was an insidious plot to keep the American people on a continual ferris wheel of protests and rallies and calling their congressmen and senators which in the end would amount to nothing save the TON of DATA the people were providing of their own free will to the very government that is oppressing them (us). I quickly wrote several posts pleading with Christians to not follow the calls of Glenn Beck who was basically yoking himself with any and all religions and using “Save Americana” as his catch all. No one listened back then to my pleas. Since those early days more and more Christians have fallen for the lie that there are “Chrisitan” leaders in Washington who are only there for benevolent reasons and want to save America. That is a bold face LIE. The system is not RED vs. BLUE, it’s not Republican vs. Democrat, it’s not poor people represented by their congressman vs the established Elite, it’s all one big fat conglomerate of compromise and dirty double minded people who have no conscious. There’s just as many corrupt and seedy “Conservative” “Christian” groups as there are liberal left wing nut lobbists. So, to take your place among the cardboard weilding brainwashed delusional “Patriots” is only going to hand deliver your idenity and information to the Government who seeks to oppress you.
